Ciara Mumford
Ciara Mumford is our Owner, Wellness Consultant and Head Therapist. She is a Third Generation Colon-Hydro Therapist and Electro-Lymphatic Therapy Specialist. Working most of her adult life in Health and Wellness and boasting over ten years of experience she is one of the most advanced in her field. She is an I-ACT trained Therapist through California Coastal Cleansing Institute in San Diego, CA.
She has contracted with 5 separate Wellness Centers in the southern California area while implementing and training others in her unique way of doing abdominal work, intuitive emotional release, and coaching through her therapies. She has trained first hand under Roxanne Watson an I-ACT Ambassador, Instructor and owner of California Coastal Cleansing Institute for many years, gaining and expanding her knowledge of holistic medicine, supplementation, homeopathy, fasting, and detoxification.
She has also worked under and apprenticed for most of her life with Milan Chessman, Pioneer Author, lecturer, Nutritionist, and Instructor in the field of modern day internal cleansing. After many years Ciara has now opened her own establishment where she plans on continuing to grace her clients with the best, most affective, most innovative and up to date therapies her field has to offer. She also will continue to educate others on the importance of cleansing and detoxing the body as a means of healing illness and preventing disease while adding her unique, fresh, inspiring, and effective twist on total body Wellness.
La’Toya Renea Garrett
La’Toya Renea is a valued colon hydro-therapist at Living Water Rejuvenation Center. She was trained as Colon- Hydro Therapist at the California Coastal Cleansing Institute under Roxanne Watson and is an active member of I-ACT(International Association of Colon Hydro-therapists). She has also spent time studying under Ciara Mumford (owner of Living Water Rejuvenation San Diego and Wellness Consultant) as not only a Colon-hydro therapist but also a Electro-Lymphatic Drainage Specialist, and trained in Cellulite Therapy as well as cleansing and detox. La’Toya has a passion to enlighten and properly educate individuals about the importance internal cleansing and adopting a holistic lifestyle as key in reclaiming their own health and vitality. She places emphasis on the mind/body connection (how your body responds to the way you think, feel and act) while assisting you in your personal health and wellness goals.
